Kundalini Yoga Level 2 Training
Level Two Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is a 300-hour certification program designed to deepen your personal practice and teaching mastery. Comprising five interconnected 60-hour modules, this journey expands upon core yogic principles, cultivating the discipline, awareness, and transformation required for an exceptional teacher. While these modules build on Level One concepts, you do not need to be a Level One Kundalini Yoga graduate to participate—they are open to anyone seeking deeper personal evolution and mastery. Over a minimum of two and a half years, you will integrate Kundalini Yoga teachings into your life, refine your identity as a teacher, and develop the yogic capacities of intuition, neutrality, and self-assessment, all while working toward your Yoga Alliance RYT 500-hour certification.

21 Stages of Meditation
The 21 Stages of Meditation consists of three journey's and is a profound journey into the depths of your awareness, guiding you through the layers of the mind to achieve true self-mastery. Each stage builds upon the last, offering a pathway to transcending distractions, deepening your meditative presence, and accessing states of bliss and enlightenment. Using the science of Kundalini Yoga, this practice strengthens your ability to stay present, move beyond ego, and experience the infinite stillness within.
