We’re moving through the shimmering fallout of two solar eruptions (April 12–13). Effects peak April 16. You might feel it in your:

April 16–17 – Emotional déjà vu. Nostalgia, sensitivity, weird childhood flashbacks. April 18–19 – What matters? Sacred vs superficial questions arise.

🥣 Grounding Recipe: Beet & Sweet Potato Soup w/ Ginger

Your nervous system will thank you. This bowl = nervous system hug.

Ingredients:

  • 2 beets (chopped)

  • 1 large sweet potato (cubed)

  • 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 4 cups veggie broth

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: coconut cream swirl + fresh cilantro


Why now? Root veggies = stability. Ginger = digestion & solar flare support. Blend smooth, serve warm, and breathe deep.

Green Light Windows:

  • April 19–21 (easy flow for local travel)

  • April 23–26 (viable for longer trips)

  • May 9–11 (Mother’s Day energy—sweet but sensitive)

  • May 25–29 (clear skies before June intensifies)


Avoid if possible:

  • April 16–18 (solar storm overload + nervous system zaps)

  • April 28–30 (mental fog + overcommitment traps)
