🌟 What’s Happening

This week opens with a rare and sacred confluence:

  • A major planetary shift is planting the seeds of a new spiritual era

  • Chaitra Navratri begins Sunday, March 30, ushering in nine days of honoring the Divine Feminine

  • Both Venus and Mercury are retrograde, amplifying emotional rewiring, relationship insight, and inner communication

This energy invites reflection, recalibration, and recommitment to your deeper truth.

🌀 Neptune’s Big Shift: Neptune now begins its long journey through Aries, marking a significant collective reset. It initiates a new spiritual era—one that blends courage with compassion, action with innocence. This moment signals a return to heart-led living, energized by a bold call to individuate, speak truth, and stand firmly in alignment.

This is also a preview: Neptune will retrograde back into Pisces in October before fully returning to Aries in January 2026 where it will stay until 2039! What we’re feeling now is the early crackle of a longer transformation. The seed is just beginning to open.

To understand this moment, we have to look back. Neptune’s time in Pisces over the last decade-plus gave rise to a digital-age mysticism. But so did escapism. We saw the rise of AI-generated entertainment, immersive virtual realities, and an opioid/fentanyl crisis mirroring Neptune’s last trip through Pisces in the 1800s. Technology became both oracle and illusion, blurring what’s real and what’s not.

Now, as Neptune enters fiery Aries, we’re stepping into new terrain. Last time this happened (1861–1875), the world cracked open: the American Civil War redefined freedom and unity; anarchist and socialist movements disrupted old power structures; women’s suffrage and labor rights surged forward. This wasn’t peaceful awakening—it was identity upheaval. A spiritual fire met the structures that had calcified.

Expect that again. But this time, let's meet it with awareness.

Neptune in Aries says: don’t just believe—embody. Don’t just dream—act.

Themes to watch:

  • 💬 Emotional honesty replacing performative peace

  • ⚔️ Conflict that leads to necessary reform

  • 🔥 A new wave of spiritual leaders with a call to courage—not escape

  • 👁️ A rise in illusions and those who cut through them with clarity

This is not a time to rush or react. It’s a week of sacred pause. Creative energy, spiritual clarity, and intuitive wisdom will surface—especially for those who slow down and stay present.

This energy invites reflection, recalibration, and recommitment to your deeper truth.

🌳 Theme of the Week:

This is a threshold week.

The emotional waves might be strong, and it might feel like you're shedding layers faster than you can name them. But this isn’t collapse—it’s compost.

Things are rearranging on your behalf. The path forward isn’t always clear because something truer is still forming.

Let yourself move gently. Be in your body. Let the tears come, or the laughter surprise you. This is a week to meet yourself where you actually are—not where you think you should be.

🌊 Emotional Tone

  • Deep fatigue or heightened sensitivity

  • Desire to retreat, rest, and release

  • Emotional truth rising to the surface

  • Collective grief, compassion, and spiritual clarity surfacing through the heart

This is the body’s way of integrating change.

🌿 Self-Care Suggestions

🫁 Reminder from the breath itself: If at any moment in your day you can’t pause to take a long, deep inhale and exhale, then you’re moving too fast for your own life force. Most people are breathing from the upper chest—shallow and strained—which means their capacity to handle life is also shallow.

When you’re breathing shallow, you're trying to power through life using brute force instead of being nourished by your true energy. So if you're feeling overwhelmed, stop. Right now.

Place your hand on your belly. Inhale deeply—feel your belly expand like a balloon. Exhale slowly—feel it deflate and gently press your belly back toward the spine.

Do this three times. Your body will remember.
